These terms apply to every ticket purchased for a Law Ninjas event. They sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and you also agree to them when you complete a booking on SimpleTix.
This ticket is proof of purchase for the event. It may be required for entry to the event.
This ticket is non-transferable. Only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
Tickets must not be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry to the event.
If the event is rescheduled or cancelled for any reason, Law Ninjas reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a refund or provide a credit that may be used for a future event. No refunds or other forms of compensation are available under any other circumstances.
Each ticket holder is responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. If the event is rescheduled or cancelled for any reason, no compensation will be provided for such bookings.
Law Ninjas reserves the right to amend the event agenda, format, or speakers at any time without notice.
Law Ninjas reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove any person from, the event for any reason.
Law Ninjas accepts no liability for damages in connection with the event, nor for the loss of property or valuables belonging to any attendee.
Law Ninjas reserves the right to communicate with you regarding its events and services. Law Ninjas may share your personal details with event partners or potential partners, so they may contact you regarding their products or services.
By registering for this event, you consent to Law Ninjas using your name, photograph, job title, and company name for promotional purposes, including but not limited to event posters, social media posts (e.g. LinkedIn), and other marketing materials.
Law Ninjas retains all rights to film, photograph, and produce video or audio recordings of the event. By attending, you grant Law Ninjas a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to record, edit, transcribe, duplicate, distribute, and publicly display or perform any part of the event in any and all media, now known or later developed. This includes the right to incorporate such content into other events, publications, or media, and to edit or modify such content as needed.
Law Ninjas accepts no responsibility for the views or opinions expressed by event partners, speakers, or any other attendees.
This ticket may serve as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in AUD and all times are in AEST.
