We do not deliberately collect sensitive information. Where you volunteer dietary or accessibility requirements for an event, we use that solely to host you properly and delete it after the event.
We do not take payment details on this website. Payments are processed by Stripe, and ticketing by SimpleTix. We never see or store your full card number.
Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for marketing, on the performance of a contract for memberships and event registrations, on our legitimate interests in running and improving the community, and on legal obligation where the law requires it.

Law Ninjas operates globally and our service providers are located in a number of countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, India, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa and Brazil. We take reasonable steps to ensure any recipient handles your information consistently with this policy.

Event attendance records are generally kept for two years. If you leave the community and ask us to, we will delete what we are not legally required to retain.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Law Ninjas is a professional community for practising lawyers. Our services are not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
